German Speaking Help Desk Operator

We are currently looking for a person who can do the following:

- answer inbound email requests from users
- update FAQ and other documentation
- test a software and services prior to launch
- Ad hoc tasks to support our customers in getting the best out of our software.
- upload e-mails using the predefined CRM solution

To qualify for this position you must be:

- Service minded and being experienced in delivering excellent customer service
- Dynamic, structured, organized, responsible, flexible
- Stay calm in stressful situations - and be able to keep the overview
- Great at communicating with accuracy and clarity to our customers, partners, resellers, etc.
- Find solutions to the smallest (and also the biggest) issues, within a reasonable time span
- Turn problems into challenges – and solve them by yourself
- Be a quick learner, and able to teach others
- Have a good, basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Flash, Internet
- Be fluent in German – written and orally
- Have technical understanding of most computer procedures – and the ability to describe these procedures in writing

Previous working experience as a Technical Writer would be an advantage (not a requirement)

Personally:

Be sociable, positive, communicative, have great personal skills and be a team-player

Salary depending on qualifications.
