Наш Клиент, крупная финансовая компания, в связи с расширением своей деятельности, объявляет конкурс на позицию «Group Senior Legal Counsel».
Company Information:

• The group has core business in Ukraine and Russia with offshore structures

• Highly professional management team with international experience
Requirements:
• Awareness of Ukranian legislation
• Bachelor or Master degree in law, preferably from leading university
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Lawyer out of which at least 2 years in a senior position
• Awareness of financial legislation is a plus
• Experience in solving complex legal issues
• Ability to think out of the box
• Ability to take initiative
• Team player
• Awareness of tax legislation would be a plus
• Russian and Ukrainian native speaker
• Knowledge of fundamental principles of Russia &offshore legal requirments
• Advanced English level is a must
Responsibilities:
• Conducting & supervising day-to-day legal support for the business
• Providing legal support for complex business issues
• Participation in assets and corporate legal due diligence
• Dealing with state regulators
• Assessing the corporate legal risks and proposing their mitigation
• Advising on currency, tax, investment, corporate, civil, labor and other legislation aspects
