GSM BSS engineer

Fluent English. 2.       Experienced for GSM radio project implement, network maintenance 3.       Good Learning ability 4.       1 year working experience in GSM&WCDMA wireless engineering or maintenance domain is indispensable. 5.       business trip 6.       Gender: Male 7.       Age: 22-35 8.       Education: Telecommunication/IT/Technical 9.       English: intermediate level     Responsibilities 1.        Technical deputy for important GBSS projects of Ukraine. 2.        Instruct the technical support chief engineers to formulate or jointly formulate with the R&D personnel a solution to key difficult problem of equipment running on the network after an in-depth analyses of the problems, so as to ensure the stable running of the equipment. 3.        Preside over the product test, technical review, detect and forecast the product technical problems in the product development stage. 4.        Offer the problem analysis report and proposals to promote the easy installation and maintenance to R&D Department after collecting, analyzing and sorting out the problems of the running equipment. Analyze the customer’s requirements and incorporate them in the engineering specifications during the product design stage. Join R implement the advanced technical training on the chief engineers, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of their technical skills. 7.        Focus on accumulating technical experience and passing knowledge, train and guide actively the senior/chief engineers and new employees in the daily work to improve the technical support level.
