Head of product&development department (IP solutions)

Our Client specialized in Telecommunication sector is looking for a highly experienced Manager Product&Development department (IP solutions) with correspondent experience

Areas for defining successful candidate:
- Technical background
- Proven experience in holding IP Products and their implementation into business solutions
- Able to be accountable for the technical experts, technical managers and evaluate their performance
- Customer focusing, able to evaluate customer's needs and able to represent set of products for tenders
- Accountability, evaluation own strength and skills as well as skills of direct subbordinates
- Respect to team players, open communication, development, coaching
-fluent English is a must to work in international environment
-Responsible and accountable to manage and further develop available technival solutions;
as customer interface in co-operation with Account Manager;
- Identification of new business opportunities with new technical solutions;
-Strategic business development for the dedicated range of products;
- Process optimization to increase competitiveness and to ensure efficient execution of activities;
-Definition and development of implementation strategies;
-Risk management throughout the products life-cycle;
- Tasks allocation and identifying priorities as needed;
- Managing internal and external customers relationship;
- Conducting technical team meetings and close co-operation with whole working group.
