Head of Project Management (telecom)

MAIN DUTIES:
• Responsible for project management methods and tools
• Responsible for ensuring the competence of the project managers
• Ensure that new assignment are ranked, and included in the portfolio in an orderly manner
• Monitor, track and report all projects in the portfolio
• Develop and implement a program related to PM competence development, leading to PMP and eventually EPM certifications

REQUIREMENTS:
• Telecom knowledge
• PMI certification (or equivalent) 8 years direct experience of project management in related technical field such as NDI Rollout, Turn-Key and Swap-Out projects, including 3rd party solutions (3PP) is a must
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Extended Experiences in:
Coordinating & managing all activities related to the development of solutions, implementation at customer site and final acceptance
Developing and executing project plans and controlling overall changes
Defining activities, sequencing and estimating durations and costs
Developing and controlling schedules
Assigning resources in order to meet commitments, estimating budgets and controlling costs - Contribution to management team
Reviewing and approving project documentation that is delivered to customers
Participating in various project meetings
Planning, assuring and controlling quality
Identifying, quantifying and developing plans to minimize risks and impacts
Planning, selecting and administrating assignments and procurement contracts
