· If you have excellent English knowledge and understand native English speakers
· If you are an advanced computer user
· If you are interested in a job with flexible schedule

Job requirements: answering and making phone calls and emails from English-speaking customers; monitoring the work of the software applications, experience in sales (telemarketing) is a big plus. Candidate should be available to work during different time shifts, including evening and weekend shifts. The total working time is 20 hours a week but may be more if the person would like to.
Previous work experience in help desk is not required.
