Silverlight c team lead

ROLE PURPOSE
You will be responsible for developing application functionality on a Microsoft Technology Platform(C,Silverlight, NHibernate, Spring.NET, SQL Server). This includes thorough testing and verification of all developed components via unit testing practices and production of appropriate supporting technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop software to the highest quality standards
Produce feature estimates and participate in sprint planning
Ensure all components are thoroughly verified and unit tested
Work effectively with both local and remote product development groups Remain actively informed on Microsoft technology platforms

Technical Skills:
Minimum 3 years experience of software development on Microsoft. NET platforms with C
Minimum 1 year experience of user interface programming in Silverlight
Minimum 1 year experience of web service development, preferably using WCF
Experience of relational databases and SQL, preferably on a SQL Server platfor телефон скрыт 08)

Desirable:
Experience with NHibernate or similar OR mapper
Familiarity with dependency injection, preferably Spring.NET
Experience of unit testing practices and TDD
Experience working with SCRUM in an agile environment

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English

Ability to work effectively in a team
Possess and demonstrate a Can do attitude.
