Sales Director

A foreign main board public listed FMCG multinational Company currently recruiting a Sales Director based in Kiev, Ukraine

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all sales activities.
• Sets the sales targets and budgets.
• Supervises the team of sales staff including middle management positions.
• Develops sales strategy and sets goals for the Sales Department.
• Plays key role in the company’s strategy development.
• Managing importers / distributors and key accounts.
• Forecasting accurate inventory to meet goals but avoiding overstocks.
• Monitor importer’s credit terms and limits.
• Monitoring competitor’s strength and weaknesses.

Requirements:
• University degree, Business Administration / Economics preferable but not mandatory. Candidates without degree but with extensive experienced in FMCG preferable in the coffee industry will also be considered.
• Above 3 years experienced in the Sales / Distribution management.
• Very well versed of Ukraine FMCG market preferable in the coffee industry.
• Proactive and result orientated.
• Capable of managing people at all level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Russian or Ukrainian
• PC literate: MS Office
• With valid Driving License and owned a car.
• Preferable able to resume work immediately.
