Hr business partner

Main responsibilities:

• carrying out effective and efficient HR activities including recruitment planning and execution, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, recognition and retention programs, internship schemes, HR best practice guidance to managers;
• building up strong and close working relationships with all Business Unit Managers, to be able to understand and meet the requirements and expectations of Business by applying the most suitable HR practices;
• ensuring the business complies with Ukrainian employment legislation, and keep up to date with employment legislation changes and its implications for the business;
• developing HR policies and procedures as and when required;
• preparing monthly HR metrics and reports

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role, ideally in high-tech industry environment of an international company;· ability to establish and maintain effective communication with management and employees;
• excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Ukrainial labour law.
