HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement people strategy for assigned business units – Recruitment & Adaptation, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations etc.
• Communicate and collaborate with top and middle-management as a strategic business partner and advisor
• Design and implement new HR initiatives, analyzing company’s needs in HR field
• Collaboration with vendors, budget planning & control
Requirements:
• Higher University Degree
• 3+ years HR related experience preferably with international FMCG company
• Recruitment, Learning, Training and Development experience
• Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
• Understanding of Ukrainian labour Legislation
• Good leadership skills and people management experience
• Fluent English
