Is Responsible of implementation of people strategy and foresight, employee relations, final recruitment selection, succession planning, change management, talent management, HR project management within designated busness functions.
Responsibilities:
Is customer focused, understanding the business strategy and create HR partnering intimacy with business leaders, showing business acumen and business foresight
Is responsible for HR services and for management disciplines and local operations
Provide professional human resource counsel to support strategic plans
Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations issues ensuring that all policies and practices are communicated and applied in compliance with local legislation
Implement recruiting, hiring and retention strategies in conjunction with external recruiters and actively contribute to the workforce planning efforts
Is responsible for learning and development to identify and implement training and organizational development actions
Provide update on all HR processes and practices
Provide trainings and organize workshops on people processes
Is involved in design, delivery and implementation of development programs
Establish close relationship with talents and regularly follow up their development
Critical success:
Willingness to work at international company
Good interacting cross functionally
Controls implementation of agreed upon actions
Initiates new ways of doing things
Communicates in open, clear, complete, timely and consistent manner
Ability to travel as needed
Critical experience:
Minimum 3- 5 years of prior progressive Human Resource experience
Strong team player
Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects
Must have facilitated to resolve employee issues and conflict resolution in creative and effective way
Must have frequent experience in coach leaders at all levels, including senior leaders
Must have some experience in influencing or managing team dynamics
Should have experience in facilitation of workshops and discussions with different group sizes
