Hr management system administrator
In this role the person would be involved in the implementation and the day-to-day management of the HR information system (Success Factors Business Application) for the SysIQ group of companies.
Responsibilities:
● Administration of the Success Factors HR information System / Business Application
● Compiling and maintaining of employee profiles, competencies
● Facilitating performance management and evaluations of personnel
● Conducting 360 degree peer reviews and surveys
● Staff training in use of HR Management Application
● Acts as a prime facilitator and coordinator of HR information system recruitment process
● Responsible for ensuring data integrity and database actualization
● Provides various reports from HR information system
● Supervises the work of HR researcher; controls quality of system data entry
Requirements:
● Higher education
● 1-2 years of relevant experience in company ERP system implementation & administration
● Prior experience in implementing and managing complex company HR information systems
● HR experience in the IT industry is a strong plus (recruitment, administration, generalist roles)
● Prior roles as a business / system analyst are a strong plus
● Good command of business (written) English
