Murano Software is a U.S.-based software development company and software outsourcing provider. Our four software development centers are situated in St. Petersburg, Kharkov, Voronezh and Tashkent. We are looking for a fast-learning and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. Our success has been made possible by a small, talented and energetic team that’s really fun to work with. Responsibilities:
• Assist in writing position descriptions, placing ads
• Recruitment, conducting initial CV screen of all applicants handle candidate inquiries and correspondence
• Administration and maintenance of recruitment and corporate database
• Assisting with corporate events organization
• Maintenance and administration of all employee files, including making sure all documentation required is present and up to date
• Completion of on-boarding documentation for new employees
• Maintaining relations with universities
• Assisting with other HR related matters.

Requirements:
• Higher education (last year student)
• One year minimum of relevant experience, experience in IT staffing is a huge bonus
• Must be proficient in MS Office and Internet
• Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Good written and spoken English (upper intermediate) is a huge bonus
• You have the ability to work independently, get things done and take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with employees at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
• You are smart and a quick learner.
