An international financial group is looking to hire HR Specialist to support the growth and development of operations
Core responsibilities:
• Ensure timely staffing of the open positions
• Draft initial Job Descriptions and lead on search projects
• Provide internal support to the team and HR Manager
• Maintain HR filing system and administer outstanding tasks
• Keep sustainable communication at a high corporate level
Main requirements:
• University degree
• 1,5 + years of previous HR experience
• Familiarity with Labor legislation and Ukrainian employment market
• Strong organizational skills; excellent ability to prioritize
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
