In-house lawyer
The main responsibilities are:
(a) day-to-day provision of legal advising in respect of corporate banking lending operations, surety and other security operations, documentary operations (guarantees, letters of credit), structuring of the clients' lending transactions;
(b) advising of the bank staff as well as corporate clients re client’s outgoing payment transactions and supporting documents, to be made within Ukraine and under foreign economic activity
(c) representation of the bank's interests vis-a-vis state bodies (including the courts) in respect of the lending and related (pledge, surety, guaranteeing etc) transactions
(d) general legal matters of the bank's activity
Experience required:
- High legal education
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Legal experience 3-5 years, preferably in banking area
- Knowledge of English is mandatory
