IT Intern/Trainee

V Group is now looking for an Intern with IT/Computer Science background to provide support to our Recruitment Department.
Selected qualified individual(s) will be able to come to US on J1 visa for the period of 12-18 months to train within IT business sector. Training will be provided. The internship is paid however selected candidates will need to cover the initial program cost.

Location: Iselin, NJ (40 minutes from Manhattan, NY)

Qualifications Needed:
o Fluent English: Past study or work experience in US (FLEX, Work & Travel, Camp and other programs qualify and/or Degree in English)
o Experience and/or Degree in IT (Computer Science or Engineering)
o Minimum completed Bachelor Degree
o Excellent editing and writing skills
o Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
o Strong organizational skills
o Strong communication skills
o Ability to work in a team
o The individual will be supporting an entire recruitment department so attention to detail, independent nature and ability to organize are required. The environment is fast pace and demanding at times.
o Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure

Nice to have:
o Experience in Recruitment Industry
o Experience with recruitment tools like Cbiz / Maximiser is an added advantage
o Should have leadership skills and should be hard working.
o Should be able to think out of the box

Duties to include:
o Working with the recruitment team
o Locating and qualifying employees for our Clients
o Carrying out proactive activities, qualifying and organizing
o Researching and developing techniques to streamline and update processes to assure their utmost efficiency
o Developing relationships with consultants, existing and prospective clients
