Java EE Trainer (second job for Java EE developers)

IT Training Center is offering an interesting job with proper financial compensation for an experienced Java EE specialist.
Workdays are Saturdays and Sundays, approximately 4 days per months total.
This means you can easily work at another full-time job at the same time.

General requirements:
* Good communicative skills
* Desire to teach people doing things the proper way
* Organizational and leadership skills will be a plus

We require proper understanding and practical experience with the following technologies:
* Java SE - advanced level recommended
* Java EE - deep platform understanding
* Hibernate
* DBMS (Oracle, MySQL... whatever)
* Spring
* At least one of Java application servers
* Deep understanding of OOP, OOD, design patterns
* Ability to create and work in team
