Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
∙ 1+ year in Java development (working experience in real projects)
∙ Team work environment (5+ members)
∙ Technical English skills
Programming background:
∙ Java
∙ JSP/Servlets
∙ WebLogic/ WebSphere/ Tomcat
∙ XML, XSL
∙ RDBMS (optional): Oracle 9/10, MS SQL Server 2000/2005, IBM DB II
Tools:
∙ Eclipse, WebLogic Workshop, Together
∙ Rational ClearCase, CVS, Subversion
∙ Rational ClearQuest, Bugzilla
Documentation:
∙ Understanding and ability to create IT-specific documentation in English
∙ Understanding of basic UML concepts
