EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Senior Java Developer/team lead.
We offer you ability to work abroad through frequent business trips or fulltime working visa (30-90% of time will be spent in the US) with GOOD compensation and challenging projects which will utilize your talent

Requirements:
- Able to lead the team remotely;
- Dynamic and dedicated;
- Able to communicate (spoken/written) in English;
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in web, Java and J2EE technologies
- 5+ years of actual J2EE experience
- 3+ team leading experience
- Ability to develop architecture with high and low level design of applications and reusable services
- Experience of working in a larger team environment (10+ members)
- Ability to quickly “get” an idea and go from idea to results fast
