Required Level: Java TL or Senior Java Engineer

General Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT experience
• Web development experience
• Experience with OOAD, good knowledge of solution and enterprise architecture patterns, UML
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML skills
• Spring skills
• JPA 2 skills
• Excellent RDBMS programming skills
• Version control, build and continuous integration skills
• English – intermediate
• Personal Traits:
• Communication skills
• Responsible
• Result-oriented
• Leading abilities

Preferred Requirements:
• Scrum/XP practices experience
• Product management skills
• Experience of leading team with 2-3 members
• Experience in designing highly scalable systems
• Backbone.js skills
• HTML5 skills
• Audio processing libs skills
• Base knowledge in social media (FB, twitter etc)
• Mobile development skills (iOS, Android)
