Junior noc support specialist

We are looking for Junior NOC Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the IT manager and working closely with the Engineering management and Cogniance engineers the Junior NOC specialist will form part of a team who analyze and resolve IT related request with the different level of complexity. Typical tasks will include:

-Locating and resolving NOC related issues
-Creating and updating virtual working environments for production users
-Developing and executing NOC plans
-Creation and review of NOC policy documents
-Analyzing and documenting issues/tasks resolution using Jira Issue Tracking system
-Participating in problem resolution sessions
-Introduce and share advanced methods within the NOC

Compulsory skills:

-Critical style of thinking
-Math abilities
-Intermediate spoken and written English, technical writing is obligatory
-Windows system administration
-Linux system advanced user experience and administration is a MUST
-Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to interact with the team
-0.5+ years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in similar area (credit will be given for candidates who do not have relevant experience but can demonstrate equivalent abilities during the interview and pass trial period)
