Junior system administrator

Symphony Solutions, having its headquarters based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) is a fast growing international organization that is providing Western-European clients with high quality IT, BPO and Consultancy services.

We are now looking for Junior System Administrator to work on a full time basis in our Lviv office.

General requirements and experience needed:

• University degree in IT, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, etc. (or 4-5th year of study);
• Experience in user support, server and network equipment configuration and maintanence skills;
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux system administration;
• Troubleshooting skills involving hardware and software (MUST BE!);
• Good knowledge of Windows environment (Linux is a plus);
• Experience in providing support within a server and user environment;
• Documentation, reporting skills;
• Upper-intermediate English and excellent communication skills is a must;

Nice to have technical experience:

• Experience in Traffic shaping and Firewall settings;
• Good knowledge of MS Windows Server Administration;
• Experience around Network Appliance filers;
• Good knowledge of Active Directory administration;
• Knowledge of Linux administration as a plus
