Asters law firm is looking for an _Associate_ qualified in _Corporate, M
- Perfect command of English, Ukrainian and Russian;
- 3 years of solid experience as an Associate both with a law firm and as in-house counsel;
- Study or working experience in the English language country is a plus;
- Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills;
- Excellent presentation and team management skills;
- Responsible and result-oriented.
- Provide clients with legal advice and representation in a professional, ethical and effective manner;
- Handle clients matters and projects with limited supervision;
- Work effectively within a team;
- Supervise and train lower level associates and legal assistants;
- Draft, review and revise legal documents;
- Other duties as may be assigned.
