Our client – foreign developing company, which is leading in building area on the territory of Ukraine, is looking for Lawyer, land law.

Requirements:
• Legal support of company’s activity in land law sphere;
• Represent the company’s interests in court;
• Representing the company in relations with the state authorities;
• Legal support in the purchase and sales of real estate objects;
• Draft and reviewing contracts and other documents

Qualifications:
• Higher education (lawyer degree is a must);
• 4 years experience in law sphere (development, real estate industry)
• English - fluent;
• Result oriented;
• Ability to conduct negotiations, solve important questions with state authorities;
• Ability to deal with several projects simultaneously
