Lead DBA Oracle

Responsibilities:

Working with technical architects, application DBA’s and functional architects. In addition to help implement the new data centre – responsibilities will include design, development/build and testing tasks.

Technical Core Skills:

- 4+ years Oracle PL/SQL / Database architecture/design
- Experience with Oracle R10.2
- 3+ years experience of building systems in a data driven environment using technologies such as XML.
- Familiarity with UNIX commands and scripting (ksh, sh)
- English – upper intermediate

Additional:

-Ability to assess current state architecture, define future state and set technology roadmap.
-Understanding underlying architectural and design principles for Transactions processing
-Proven experience in the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis, through design, build and deployment of solutions.
