Responsibilities and Essential Functions Include:
- Development of new games and game features
- Create tools for artists and designers to tweak game mechanics and level layouts
- Lead more junior Flash engineers and assign them tasks and assist them when necessary
- Contribute to the overall game platform and maintain strong documentation
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a developer of games or entertainment apps in Flash andor Flex Builder
- Keen knowledge of AS3
- Knowledge of JavascriptFlash bridging
- Solid understanding of algorithms and game physics
- Ability to mentor others
- Self-starter
- English language on intermediate level
- Ability to keep pace in a dynamic atmosphere, working in an iterative and agile process
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Big Plus: Multiplayer or social game experience
- Bigger plus: Understanding of viral channels and Facebook API
- Biggest plus: Strong game sense and game design skills
Hours and Compensation:
- Full Time
