On behalf of our client we are expanding current team and looking for a LEAD GAME DEVELOPER.
About company and tasks:
We are currently porting back catalogue AAA titles for browser execution. We are using our own plug-in to interface the game to the browser. We have ported Mini-Ninjas which is the latest released title developed using the Glacier1 and our own Engine. We have the following titles, using the same engine, we would like to have converted as well: “Hitman Blood Money”, “Kane & Lynch” and ”Freedom Fighters”. We already have a working setup for this engine running from the port of “Mini Ninjas” which could be used as a template for the other titles. If this works out, we have lots of other titles within the Square Enix back catalogue.
Requirements:
-English language skills both verbal and written
-Experience with C++ programming, debugging and optimization
-In depth win32 knowledge
-Experience with core components, e.g. pathfinding, animation, renderer, audio
-DirectX / Shader experience
-Proficient at debugging / navigation other peoples code
Nice to have
-Experience with console development
-Web development Apache, Java, Java Script, PHP
-Browser Plug-in development
-Knowledge of network technologies
-Shipped PC or console titles
