Logistic manager

Leading multinational Company, Bayer Ltd. Ukraine, is looking for:
Logistic Manager
Tasks of position:
- long-term and mid-term planning of regional product demand based upon Sales Budget, marketing plan, division strategies and stock figures;
- to ensure timely products availability for Ukraine necessary for the fulfillment of sales targets and tasks, including ordering of products, ensuring goods receipt to and release from the warehouse
- stock management with the objective to optimize inventory TO, to reach budget stock level and to avoid obsolete and access stock;
- to manage products distribution on cost + time effective and customer oriented basis;
- to organize and coordinate logistic activities enabling effective import / export / sales activities (import/export permissions, import licenses, customs procedures, etc.);
- to work in SAP: ordering of products, order release invoicing initiation;
- to organize customs clearance according to the legislation;
- to produce and maintain necessary reports (inventory, sales, invoices, custom declarations, etc);
- interaction with the customs;
- monitoring changes in the legislation of customs clearance and preparation of recommendations;
- Compliance to HQ requirements related to Consignment Stock procedures;
to organize and provide necessary support for marketing and sales group relating to new products launch, optimization articles portfolio, products availability for demo purposes.
Qualification and demands to the job:
- University degree with specialization in foreign-economic
- Knowledge in the Logistics area
- More than 5 years experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- strategically and operationally strong
- excellent communication skills
- fluent in English (desirable French and Germany)
