Position description:MS stands for Managed Service product portfolio and includes Managed service, Spare Parts Management and warranty/postwarranty services. The goal of MS engineer is responsible for presales and aftersales. MS engineer is to grasp sales opportunities and turn them into signed contracts. As a service product specialist you will need to understand customer's needs and Huawei capabilities, conduct deep analysis in order to develop a perfect solution for customer. As a manager you will have ability to create your own support team (consisting of technical experts, account managers etc), get necessary consultation from them, assign tasks and control completion of these tasks. As a leader you should have energy, persistence and communication skills to drive a customer and your team to the success.Position responsibilities:Managed service promotion; Customer's operation analysis; MS solutions development (including scope and price); Contract preparation; Bidding participation;Language requirements:Russian: mandatory; English: mandatory; Ukrainian: preferably; Chinese: preferably. Mandatory professional skills, knowledge and experience:Basic understanding of telecom technologies: Transmission (SDH, WDM, DataCom, Microwave), wireless network (GSM/UMTS/LTE) and core network (CS, PS, NGN etc); Understanding of operation and maintenance business of telecom operators; Good business communication skills (written and oral); Good learning skills and wish to grow; Proactive work behavior; Goal-oriented; Experience of work in: top telecom/IT Vendor as project manager/service delivery manager or key account manager or service sales/service solution manager;telecom operator on positions related to network operation and maintenance/exploitation.Preferable professional skills, knowledge and experience:Experience of managed service solution preparation, promotion, sales; Experience participating bidding, sales and delivery of major projects; Understanding of financial basics and ability to resolve business cases; Promotion and persuading skills; Good team management and leadership skills; Customer relationship and networking;  Please send your CV only in English with title of desired position to: отправить резюме
