Manager for Development and Sales of HIV Products and Vaccines
Our Client, one of the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, is glad to announce the position of
Manager for Development and Sales of HIV Products and Vaccines, Kyiv, Ukraine
Responsibilities:
–development of Company’s HIV products and assigned vaccines to maximise market penetration
–formulation of the marketing strategy for HIV products, including forecasting and budgeting
–has the prime responsibility for achieving the predicted sales and profitability of assigned tender vaccines and HIV products
-build positive personal relations with key decision makers and non governmental organisations to enable Company to access the market of HIV products and assigned vaccines
-identify key stakeholders at Government level and build influence maps indicating how they influence Company business
-identify key lobbying issues and using local and central Company’s resources build regional lobbying strategies that will enable Company to better manage its local environment in terms of HIV products and assigned vaccines
-lobby changes in National Immunisation Calendar, HIV guidelines and essential drug list in cooperation with medical adviser
-ensure that Company’s HIV products are included into MOH (Ministry of Healthcare) tender list
-develop distribution strategy and ensure effective distribution of HIV products
-observe ethical code of Company
Requirements:
-University degree in Medicine
-experienced professional with 2 years plus in ethical Pharmaceuticals sales/or marketing/marketing related functions supported by a strong commercial outlook
-deep understanding of decision making processes in governmental and non-governmental organisations
-excellent communication skills: able to conduct effective negotiations to ensure win-win solutions, able to clearly communicate key messages to key stakeholders
-self-starter with strong communication and persuasion skills able to champion brands and people in their remit, and ensure teamwork with all internal and external agencies and functions
-strong commercial knowledge and ability to make the key strategic recommendations
-sound working knowledge of the international pharmaceutical market with particular focus on ethical pharmaceutical marketing dynamics
-fluent knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian and English languages
-excellent PC skills
