- Excellent command of English or German (writing, reading, speech).
- Excellent command of Polish

- Loyal, open-minded, trustworthy, presentable, strong in negotiations

- Business lawyer with a good understanding of economics and management of external relations
- Knowledge of Western Europe from travels, studies or work
- More hard than soft
- “SOP-creator” – creator of standard operational procedures
- Team building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and analytical in approach
- Good communication skills
- Driver licence
- Clean criminal record
