Marketing & Sales Director

Sales Director is responsible for the Expopromogroup ltd. sales strategy development and implementation to support sales and revenue objectives.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of successful experience on the positions of General Sales Manager/Marketing Director/Manager within a big national corporations, international companies or foreign representative offices. The experience within an exhibition business would be an asset.
EDUCATION: Possession of a university degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Finances, and Economics. Master Degree in these areas is desirable.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in overall strategy development and implementation
• Sales Strategy development and implementation
• Development and Approval of major and specific business process
• Develop business plans and commercial proposals
• Assist partners to develop their sales strategy
• Forecast sales
• Approve the appointment and termination of the Expopromogroup Ltd sales department directors and managers
• Approval of training and development programs for sales personnel
• Perform Annual Sales personnel evaluation and certification
• Develop and manage an annual operating budget for the sales department
• Development and implementation of compensation and motivation system for sales personnel
• Recommends the terms and conditions of promotion campaigns and special offers
• Develop and support relationships with the manufacturers, key competitors, partners, customers, mass media representatives, local and government authorities
• Search and provides for the implementation of the best international sales practices
• Participate in development of the Trade marketing procedures
• Monitor national and international markets
• Participation in organizational activities related to new show rooms opening
• Analysis of direct and indirect competitors calls results, revision of sales internal conditions
• Professional self development (participation in trainings, seminars, conferences, forums and other programs)
• Performs other duties and responsibilities


Salary – 2000$ + %
