Marketing Finance Manager

Our Client, a large multinational FMCG Company is announcing an opening for Marketing Finance Manager position.

Main responsibilities:
* contributing to the understanding of local markets pricing opportunities and risks by analyzing local trends;
* developing integrated business strategies in respect of trade remuneration, marketing investment and route to market (value chain) from a commercial perspective;
* providing key financial data (e.g. marketing spend, prices, etc.) for the Regional planning;
* coordinating financial preparation of the annual marketing company plan; managing and developing team.

Major requirements:
* University degree in Finance/ Economics;
* 3+ years of proven experience as a Finance Professional;
* good understanding of marketing principles and strategy;
* profound knowledge of planning and resource allocation principles;
* strong analytical, coaching and leadership skills;
* proactive, persuasive, creative and prepared to challenge existing ideas;
* fluent English (both oral and written) is an absolute must for the position.
