Our Client, Leading multinational FMCG company, in order to serve its customers better, and drive the business to the next level, is currently looking to hire
Marketing Manager, Moldova

Responsibilities:
-planning and implementation of a full spectrum of Marketing activity on Moldova market with the objective to achieve revenue and share targets, build brand equity and develop local marketing organization
-lead annual marketing planning process resulting in proposal of category / brand strategies and formulation of key brand projects
-install key marketing systems and processes within the local marketing organization; train and develop local junior marketing personnel
-lead consumer and marketing understanding process, detect consumer, market and competitive trends
-lead and manage development of key business projects in accordance with approved annual plan

Requirements:
-University degree, preferably in Marketing / Economics / Business
-at least 3 years of work experience in Marketing / Brand Marketing in multinational FMCG company
-experience in working with agencies (creative, media, research and BTL agencies)
-fluent English, Russian
-strong business/commercial skills with a good understanding of marketing, sales, finance within Moldova region is a plus
-excellent managerial skills
-excellent problem solving skills & decision making ability
-self-confident, easy-going, flexible leader
