Marketing Specialist

Plan, and coordinate the marketing of Ukraine Plus Group (UPG) website services by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contact regular and prospective users for company Job Board to solicit vacancy ads, suggesting fresh approaches to posting of jobs and resumes.
• Maintain and promote company Social Network.
• Ensure that all UPG Plus sites are up-to-date, using all available sources of information.
• Work with sister company in Canada, Anzer IT Solutions, in coordinating the Customer Service Request (CSR) system.
• Plan and oversee the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
• Work with writers and oversee copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
• Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Prepare marketing activity reports.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage one Feature Editor. Is responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employee; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent; and/or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training in an IT environment is highly desirable.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English language technical journals and documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, or members of the English-speaking business community. Ability to effectively present, in English, information to top management, and/or public groups.
