Client : International FMCG company

Requirements:
higher education (Finance, Master’s Degree);
· 5+ years of professional experience in finance;

fluent in English (both spoken and written);
experience in acquisition of small / medium companies with experience in both business combination and post-acquisition / integration phase;
knowledgeable in the application of analytical techniques to evaluate potential business initiatives and assess their impact on strategic fit, operations and resources;
knowledgeable in cost accounting and budget management practices to develop business unit cost and profitability information;
experience with US GAAP is preferably;
good managerial and leadership skills;
· responsible and well-organized;

· readiness to business trips.
Responsibilities : ·
to develop and implement a financial strategy in the market consistent with the agreed business strategy;

take operational responsibility for the management of financial accounting function within the Ukraine i.e. accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, treasury, and central financial accounting & planning, including management accounts, statutory accounts, support and control of overheads;
· to build a highly engaged finance team through effective leadership.
