Medical manager
European Healthcare Company (Ferrosan A\C) is looking for a Medical Manager. The company offers an interesting and dynamic work within an international environment, professional teamwork and development possibilities.
Our candidate is proactive, highly professional and experienced in Medical marketing and promotion of Rx&OTC brands. Has strong relations with KOLs and medical audience.
POSITION PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Manager who can provide fast cooperation with medical audience, KOLs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Plan, develop and execute local medical marketing activities, in order to secure growth of the brands.
o Control budgets and measure performance against objectives
o Analyze and monitor market data and the medical environment to better understand the brand’s market position
o Prepare and implement short and long term medical marketing strategies for the brand
o Prepare and execute product communication and trainings
o Establish and maintain relationship to specialized press to secure effective PR coverage
REQUIREMENTS:
o Age 30-45
o A successful and documented track record as a medical manager (min. 4-5 years)
o Experience with KOLs
o Self motivated, creative and positive-minded
o Strong and capable to drive changes
o Able to work well in both individual and team environments
o Fluent in English
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o University degree, preferably medical
o Native Ukrainian / fluent Russian language
o Wide experience in marketing: medical marketing planning, budgeting
o Advanced PC user, good knowledge of MS Office
o Driving license
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
This position may require business trips
