Senior developer partnership manager (games industry)

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
3 years in the games industry in a management role
Experience in the games industry
Understanding of industry trends including distribution/pricing strategies and product performance.
Experience negotiating diverse contracts and working closely with legal teams
Advanced understanding of key metrics and reporting technologies
Written and verbal proficiency in both the English and Russian languages required
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of DPMs to meet their goals and manage their workload.
Identify and establish new business relationships with game developers.
Negotiate contracts to acquire content from developers
Serve as company liaison with developers, including managing all developer inquiries that company receives (i.e. financial reporting, market trends, game production etc.)
Coordinate efforts with other company teams (including finance, marketing, QA, etc.) to best serve the developer community
Provide online retail expertise by researching and analyzing competitors and market trends.
