Currently we are looking for .NET front end developer to join our Metastorm BPM team www.metastorm.com

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing small, medium, and large-scale applications in Windows production environments.
• Superior interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.
• Candidates will support BPM projects using Metastorm’s BPM tool suite. This development typically requires defining and implementing integration with other applications. Strong experience executing business requirements is required. This development requires, program code construction, JAD sessions, software integration, UAT support, and process deployment.
• Ability to coach/mentor other developers as team expands
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken language.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
• Proficient with Web Services and SOA environments
• Understand Sharepoint and ability to integrate Metastorm with Sharepoint
• Reports Development experience using industry leading products like SSRS, Altosoft, Crystal, etc.
• ASP.Net web applications development experience
o Relational Databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle, to include having basic SQL Skills)
o Web Technologies (e.g. IIS, .NET, HTML, DHTML, XML/XSLT, VB Script/JavaScript, ASP, IE, Netscape, etc.)
o VB, Java
o GUI Design and Development
o Windows 2003 Services/DLLs/DCOM
o Windows 2003 Infrastructure (COM+, IIS, Security)
o Directories (NDS/Domain, LDAP, MAD)


BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE
• Integration experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, etc).
• Integration experience with Content Management Systems (Open Text, Documentum , Filenet)
