Operations manager for land transport operations

Requirements :
- Age : minimum 30 years
- Bachelor or higher degree in logistics, economics, commerce or trade
-Not less than 5 years professional experience in transportations/logistics companies
- Good written and oral communication in English and Russian
- Working experiances in forwarding companies - is an ADVANTAGE
- Understanding of Automotive Spare Parts distribution is also a plus
- Good knowledge of price policy of clients and transport companies
- Willingness and ability to take responsibility and to make rational, logical decisions
- Strong organizational skills, self-disciplined, attentive to details
- Team-player with excellent communication and negotiations skills
- High level of computer literacy ( MS Office, practical knowledge of 1C is a plus )
- Strong motivation for work.
