Senior java/php developer

Ignite Ltd invites highly skilled and out of the box thinker - Java and PHP developer to participate in challenging and extraordinary project. The purpose shifts all expectations. You will create web-based software that can be used by merchants in order to compare the price information with the competitors. The system shall plug into customer website and scan e-commerce websites for the same products in order to compare pricing information and provide the reports to the customer.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Java expert with strong knowledge in web technologies, e.g. HTML and Java Scripts as major part of the work will be to develop algorithm for data capturing and comparison from web pages.

The work will involve server side Java development, PHP development and Python development on Linux platforms.

Challenging project with plenty of research, responsibility to decide on architecture, algorithms, design and not just plain development.

Work directly with the CTO in Israel and with integration with the web team in Ukraine.

Trips to Israel from time to time are needed.

Senior Java developer 4+ years of experience
PHP experience 3 years
Very strong hands-on experience in web technologies
Knowledge of different databases.
Knowledge in BI, OLAP, crawling, DOM, xpath, scripting, unix utilities, regular expressions, cloud computing, SaaS development and operations
Very good communication skills in oral and written English - MUST
Independent and free thinker
Fast learner, autodidact
