Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Product Manager for our Ukrainian subsidiary, who will be based in Kiev.
Scope and position:
The objective of this role is to take full ownership and control of the marketing and product management functions for our newly created affiliate in Ukraine.
Main responsitilities:
- Act as a product strategy creator and liason with head office support functions
- Create, run and manage the operations of the product management department
- Prepare timely and accurate recommendations for our sales force and clients according to company standards and local market demands
- Any additional duties as allocated by the management
Person profile:
- Holds a recognised agricultural degree with a number of years experience in an product management role within a commercial environment
- A high level of competency in the use of modern IT resources is essential
- Ability to prioritize
- Fully self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
-Superior problem solving skills plus the ability to look obvious solutions or current practices to resolve business challenges
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Strong communications skills
- Willingness to join a demanding challenge with a business start-up from the scratch
- Excellent command of English
