Production manager (silo & seed plants management)

Foreign agricultural company is looking for Production Manager, responsible for silo & seed plants management.

Education and training qualification:
- Experience in production management/ industrial organization;
- High education in industrial engineering or construction;
- Experience in construction processes for grain facilities in Ukraine;
- Experience in project management (experience not less than 3 years);
- Experience in dealing with Ukrainian state regulatory agencies and contractors;

Key competencies:
- Knowledge in industrial organization : abilities to analyze, optimize, organize and ensure cost savings;
- Skills in economic analysis;
- Negotiating and management skills;
- Able to build a capital construction budget or production budget;
- Rigorous in following up the budget;
- Fluent English, (knowledge of French is an advantage);
- Technical knowledge in grain facilities processes;
- Knowledge of Microsoft project is desirable;

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities regarding production activity in silos /seed plants;
- Managing the overall production activity in silos & seed plants;
- Ensuring the timely realization of production plans;
- Responsible for production activities P&L;
- Analyzing production processes and identifying ways of improvements (efficiency, costs, quality, ergonomy);
- Pilot and negotiate the change with silo Managers;
- Developing of policies and procedures which assure the continuity of the production process and profitability of business;

Responsibilities regarding construction projects:
- Planning and budgeting construction process;
- Organizing of construction process;
- Supervision of capital construction projects, as well as the production facilities renovation;
- Implementing construction work schedule;
- Preparing investment plans, their following-up and organizing its reporting.
