Production unit manager

Job profile:

Develop and control the annual Engineering plan and budget
Рlan, direct and control cost effective repair and planned preventative maintenance programs
Plan and co-ordinate major engineering projects
Evaluate and develop a network of local suppliers of engineering, maintenance and technical assistance services and materials. Ensure that work on contract development and implementation is in accordance with local legal requirements
Monitor quality indicators provided by Quality Assurance on a constant basis
Обязанности:

Education: Preferably Degree in Engineering
Work experience:
2-3 years of work experience in a small to mid-size enterprise as a Manager of a Technical Department.
Experience in: Strategy and Planning, Budget Planning, Performance Management and Reporting, Building and Maintenance of Communication, Continuous Improvement of the Existing Practices, Project Management, Facility Management, Spare-Parts Management, Documentation Management, Organizational Development Activities, People Management, Acquisition and Sharing of External Knowledge
English – fluent; Russian – native or fluent; Ukrainian – native or fluent; PC skills – MS Office Advanced User
