Our client provides personalized "Predict and Prevent" software applications and supporting services to help patients achieve and adhere to their care plans.

The companies platform utilizes three analytical components - a predictive health module, a behavioral module and a care community engagement module - that are personalized using machine learning and behavioral analytics to the specific needs of people, locations and care networks.

Expertise Needed

Software and modeling experience to contribute to the design and development of health, behavior, community engagement, and incentive models for predicting and influencing health and human behavior.

Our system needs people capable of developing standard Bayesian decision systems, Fuzzy Logic and Genetic Algorithms as well as Ward Discriminant analysis, machine learning and dynamic optimization solutions (such a model controller system designs), analytic methods development, human-in-the-loop modeling and simulation, and trend surveillance solutions for our predictive system that develops dynamic communication with people desiring to improve outcomes of chronic disease management.
