Currently, we have an outstanding position opportunity for Support Engineer.


General skills:

• .NET environment administration and programming background
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Proficient knowledge of administrating Windows platform
• Good command of English and ability to understand variety of English accents as the job will include communication with the different end-users of EMEA region.
• Participate in issues troubleshooting together with Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
• Openness to work over week end on rotationary basis or being available on-call for Middle East clients (Sunday is working day there).

Special skills:

• Degree in IT area;
• Communicativeness.
