We search for Project Management Director (PMO Director) with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Experience:
• 10+ years managerial experience, managing at least 30 people
• Proven success in team building /management
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Proven success in project management
• Technology, QA, BA/SA and IT background

Education:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar (Desirable)

Professional Certification:
• Valid PMP certification

Specialized knowledge:
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Types
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools
• Understanding of offshore software development company functioning (Desirable)
• Understanding of CMMI & ISO

Skills:
• Real proven leaderships & personal charisma
• Good self-organization & self-management
• Proven multi-layer scaled management skills for big organization
• Proven big team builder
• Goal orientation & flexibility
• Process orientation & management practices evangelism

• English upper intermediate level or higher

Work conditions:
