Project Manager

EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Project Manager for its Lviv Office.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: BS/MS (CS or equivalent); MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience with at least 4+ years in software project management
- Proven project lead expertise
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with fluent oral and written English
- Experience in managing projects with 15+ team members, or multiple simultaneous smaller projects
- Excellent architectural knowledge of either complex J2EE or .NET platforms with track record of implementing systems into production in a large enterprise.
- Ability to accurately estimate projects and mange progress against goals
- Experience with issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses
- Demonstrated skill in communication and relationship management with clients and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members
