Project Manager

Levi9 is a software development company, with headquarter in the Amsterdam. We completed more than 200 software projects all over the world.

Now we are seeking for Project Manager to join our team in Kiev office with requested skills:
- University degree;
- Preferably project management certificate, such as Prince2;
- Project management experience in software development;
- General understanding in the areas of application programming, internet, database and system design;
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects, possibly at diverse locations;
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication skills. Able to present project information to superiors effectively. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully;
- Good English communication skills, verbally and in writing;
- Combines a flexible attitude with a procedural approach.

Work experience and expertise:
- To ensure the high quality of the application releases, a candidate should have experience in following:
- Leading software development projects;
- Creating and executing project plans, monitoring project progress and taking preventive and corrective measures to ensure positive project outcome;
- Effectively applying and enforcing company standards and procedures;
- Ensuring required quality level of the deliverables;
- Minimizing company exposure and managing project issues and risks;
- Managing customer's expectations;
- Managing the project budget;
- Reporting to the Project Board on a weekly base;
- Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
