Project manager/ Менеджер проектов

Responsibilities: Maintain professional relationship with clients. Project plan, allocates and directs the Project team and other resources to perform the project tasks; Critical path analysis, resource leveling and analysis, integrated schedule development, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, and scope/cost/schedule analysis. Prepare and present internal briefings General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layouts and network configuration data Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract Manages all stakeholders involved in the project including other Huawei divisions and third parties; Manages the project to achieve the target of customer satisfaction; Supervises the progress of the project, regarding contractual commitments in terms of scope, time and quality; Identify problems and propose solutions/work around. Escalates any serious issue which cannot be solved to high management level; Manages and copes with project risks; Ensure no out of scope work is being performed. Prepare contract change proposals. Prepare materials to support major contract change negotiations.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree or above. Major in: Automation, Communication, Engineering or relative. At least 3 years experience in management telecommunication projects in multicultural environment. Demonstrate skills and knowledge in budgeting, planning, earned value, problem solving and resource management. Experience with customer contacts. Good communication skill and teamwork. PMP certificate is preferred. Language Ability: Good English technical document reading ability. Fluent oral and written English. Ability to perform described tasks and duties subject only to limited review of work in process. Ability to clearly and effectively interpret and present information. Frequent business trip required.
