Project Manager / System Analyst

Sphere Consulting is looking for a talented Project Manager/System Analyst to join our fast growing development team in Kharkov.


Key responsibilities include the following:
- Project Management and System Analysis and Software Architecture.
- Structures and manages. Leads the development and tracking of project plans.
- Adapts and applies the Client Services approach to meet project and program objectives.
- Establishes and maintains project communications.
- Oversees project estimations and staffing. Tracks and maintains project expenses against budget.
- Oversees the development of project deliverables. Establishes and maintains processes.
- Prepares Architecture Diagrams and presentations
- Supervises software developers and testers
- Conduct weekly code reviews
- Participates in hands-on rapid prototyping and implementation of core software modules using various technologies.
- Oversees QA process, test plans etc…

Experience in:

• Project Management
• Creation of software specification
• Rational Rose, BP Win, ER Win, RUP
• Database modeling and development
• Object oriented analysis (OOA) and design (OOD)
• Programming Languages: Microsoft .NET or Ruby or Java++
• Software documentation development using UML
